Neurodiversity Integration

Neurodiversity Integration is the proactive inclusion and accommodation of individuals with neurodivergent conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia etc., recognizing their unique abilities and perspectives as equally valuable. It promotes inclusive practices ensuring equity, diversity and equal opportunity for all neurotypes in the workplace decisions.

Level 1: Emerging

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to integrate neurodiversity into workplace practices, ensuring that individuals with diverse neurological conditions are supported, valued, and included in all aspects of the organization.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are a champion for neurodiversity integration, creating inclusive environments that value and leverage the unique perspectives and talents of individuals with diverse neurological conditions.
