Performance Measurement

Performance Measurement is the systematic process in Governance used to assess the work performance and efficiency of organizational programs, activities and processes. At an advanced level, you are able to design and implement performance measurement systems that align with organizational goals, comply with governance regulations, and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
