Performance Monitoring and Control

Performance Monitoring and Control is the systematic process in Project Management that involves tracking, reviewing and regulating project progress and performance, with the objective of improving efficiency, managing risks, ensuring adherence to the project plan and making informed decisions on corrective actions when necessary.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to monitor and control project performance. You can identify key metrics, track progress, and make basic adjustments to ensure project success.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to effectively monitor and control project performance, identifying variances, analyzing data, and taking corrective action to ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are adept at utilizing various tools and techniques to monitor project performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure project goals are met effectively.
