Physical Endurance and Stamina
Physical Endurance and Stamina is the ability of a Frontline Worker to withstand physically-demanding situations for prolonged periods, maintaining performance levels without succumbing to fatigue. It involves resilience, persistence, strength, and often incorporates physical fitness, health maintenance, and effective energy management.
Level 1: Emerging
At an emerging level, you are beginning to develop the capacity to sustain prolonged physical or mental effort as a Frontline Worker - an essential foundation for long, demanding shifts.
Level 2: Proficient
At a proficient level, you are able to sustain physical endurance and stamina throughout demanding frontline work tasks, demonstrating resilience and the ability to maintain productivity under pressure.
Level 3: Advanced
At an advanced level, you are able to demonstrate exceptional physical endurance and stamina in high-pressure frontline worker environments, consistently exceeding expectations and setting a strong example for others.
