Program Management

Program Management is the strategic coordination of multiple related projects aligned to achieve beneficial change and attain organizational objectives. Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are capable of overseeing multiple projects to achieve strategic objectives, aligning resources, and managing stakeholders effectively within the organization's program management framework.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are an expert in overseeing complex project portfolios, managing interdependencies, resolving conflicts, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule consistently.
