Project Lifecycle Management

Project Lifecycle Management is the systematic process of guiding a project from its initiation to its closure. This encompasses planning, executing, controlling, and ultimately closing project activities. Such competency encompasses skills in planning, task management, risk assessment, resource allocation, and evaluation.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within budget, and according to scope.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to seamlessly navigate through the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring strategic goals are met, stakeholders are satisfied, and risks are mitigated effectively.
