Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to conduct thorough quality control analysis independently, identifying trends, deviations, and areas for improvement within the frontline worker role.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are proficient in conducting thorough quality control analysis as a Frontline Worker, quickly identifying deviations and implementing effective solutions to ensure high standards are consistently met.
