Quality Leadership and Strategy

Quality Leadership and Strategy is the ability to establish and guide a systematic approach to improving organizational performance, by developing, executing and aligning quality assurance strategies, with an aim to ensure consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are developing a basic understanding and application of quality assurance leadership strategies, exhibiting early capabilities to steer QA initiatives and guide team members.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to develop and implement quality strategies that align with organizational goals and lead teams to achieve quality objectives in a systematic and effective manner.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to demonstrate exceptional leadership in developing and implementing quality strategies to drive continuous improvement and excellence in quality assurance processes within the organization.
