Realism is a value-oriented aptitude that emphasizes recognizing and addressing the true and practical nature of situations. At a proficient level you are able to assess situations objectively, consider various perspectives, and make decisions aligned with your values, demonstrating a strong sense of realism in your actions.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are able to consistently demonstrate an unwavering commitment to ethical behavior and integrity, even in the face of challenges or temptations.
