Religious Diversity Management

Religious Diversity Management is the proficiency to acknowledge, respect, and actively include a wide array of religious and non-religious beliefs within the workplace, ensuring equitable treatment, facilitating inclusion, and leveraging these variances as a strength, promoting interfaith dialogue and understanding.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level you are starting to recognize and respect religious diversity. You are learning about various religions' practices and beliefs, and developing understanding of religious accommodations in the workplace.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to effectively manage religious diversity within the organization, promoting understanding and respect among employees of different faiths to create an inclusive work environment.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to effectively integrate religious diversity into all facets of the organization, fostering an inclusive environment where all beliefs are respected and valued.
