Safety Culture Development

Safety Culture Development is the process of promoting and embedding attitudes, values, and behaviors that prioritise environmental health and safety within an organization‘s operations, fostering a proactive and risk-conscious workplace environment.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to understand and promote safety culture in the context of environmental health. You are learning to practice safety guidelines and influence others to do so.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to actively engage employees in promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety regulations, and continuously improving safety processes and procedures.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are able to drive the development and implementation of a strong safety culture within the organization, ensuring a proactive approach to Environmental Health and Safety.
