Scrum Management

Scrum Management is the ability to effectively utilize the Scrum framework within product management. It involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, fostering cross-functional teamwork, and ensuring delivery of quality product increments while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to familiarise with Scrum Management concepts. You can adhere to basic Scrum principles under supervision, while contributing to product development initiatives.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to successfully lead Scrum teams, prioritize product backlogs, and ensure efficient sprint planning and execution to deliver high-quality products in a timely manner.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to effectively lead Scrum processes within a product management context, optimizing team collaboration, and maximizing product delivery efficiency and value.
