Social Equity and Inclusion Practices

Social Equity and Inclusion Practices is the ability to ensure and prioritize fair treatment, inclusivity, and respect within an organization's operations, strengthening stakeholder relationships and enhancing Social and Governance aspects of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are recognising principles of social equity and inclusion. You develop basic awareness of their integration within Environmental, Social, and Governance practices within an organization.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are skilled at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. You actively address social disparities and strive for fair treatment of all individuals.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are integrating social equity and inclusion practices into all aspects of Environmental, Social, and Governance frameworks, creating a culture of diversity, equality, and empowerment within the organization.
