Socioeconomic Inclusivity

Socioeconomic Inclusivity is the approach of acknowledging, valuing, and actively including individuals from all socioeconomic backgrounds. It promotes a more diversified, equitable, and inclusive workplace by removing economic biases and barriers that prevent fair access to opportunities and empowers authentic representation across all economic levels.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to understand and recognise socioeconomic diversity. You're starting to ensure inclusive practices that promote equity, regardless of a person's socioeconomic status.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to recognize, understand, and advocate for socioeconomic inclusivity within the organization. You actively work towards creating equal opportunities for all individuals.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are a champion for economic justice, advocating for fair wages, accessible resources, and opportunities for marginalized socioeconomic groups to thrive in the workplace.
