Stock Rotation and Management

Stock Rotation and Management is the ability of a Frontline Worker to efficiently organise, replenish, and manage inventory with dexterity, ensuring products' freshness and availability, preventing product waste, and maintaining store presentation for an optimal customer shopping experience.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to understand stock rotation and management principles. You're able to perform basic tasks under supervision and demonstrate knowledge of standard procedures.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to effectively manage and rotate stock to ensure optimal freshness and inventory levels, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail as a Frontline Worker.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are adept at implementing sophisticated stock rotation strategies, utilizing technology to optimize inventory management, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
