At a proficient level you are able to develop a clear and compelling strategic vision that aligns with the goals and values of the organization, guiding Emerging Leaders towards success.
Level 3: Advanced
At an advanced level, you are able to create and communicate a compelling vision for the future, aligning it with the organization's goals and inspiring others to take action towards its achievement.
