Stress management

Stress management is the capacity of emerging leaders to handle work-related stress effectively, enhancing productivity and team morale. It includes skills like recognizing stress-inducing factors, self-care, deploying coping strategies, maintaining a balanced perspective, prioritizing tasks, and facilitating a supportive, communicative work environment.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to recognize stress triggers and implementing basic techniques to manage your own stress in order to maintain productivity and team morale.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to identify sources of stress within a team, implement strategies for stress management, and provide support to team members in need of assistance.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are adept at utilizing various stress management techniques to maintain composure and resilience in high-pressure situations, serving as a role model for other Emerging Leaders.
