Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to explore sustainable development principles, demonstrating awareness of its importance and starting to integrate it into your leadership approach.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to integrate sustainable development principles into your decision-making processes, leading your team toward environmentally friendly and socially responsible practices as Emerging Leaders.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to effectively integrate principles of sustainable development into all aspects of organizational strategy, decision-making, and operations as an Emerging Leader.
