Value Stream Mapping

Value Stream Mapping is an operational tool used to visualise, analyze, and improve a process flow in an organization. By identifying waste and inefficiencies in operational systems, it establishes the optimum sequence of activities that add value to the end product or service.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level you are beginning to understand Value Stream Mapping. You're able to identify waste areas and provide basic suggestions for process improvements in the operations environment.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to effectively analyze and map out value streams within operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to expertly analyze and optimize value streams, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to enhance overall operational performance within an organization.
