It's about promoting equity by ensuring all team members can work free from intimidation, discrimination, and bias.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level you are beginning to understand and develop awareness of workplace harassment prevention, its vital link to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion, and your role in its prevention.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are actively promoting a safe and inclusive workplace by proactively addressing and preventing all forms of harassment and discrimination based on diversity and equity.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are actively promoting a culture of respect and zero tolerance for any form of harassment, taking proactive steps to prevent and address discriminatory behaviors in the workplace.
