Creative Problem Solving
Creative Problem Solving is the ability to identify, frame, and solve complex issues in original and innovative ways. It involves a strong analytical mindset, combined with out-of-the-box thinking to explore alternative possibilities, design viable solutions, adapt to changes, and overcome obstacles in a professional setting.
Level 1: Emerging
At an emerging level, you are beginning to approach problems with creativity and originality. You are developing your ability to think outside normal parameters, finding new and effective solutions.
Level 2: Proficient
At a proficient level you are skilled at using creativity and innovation to effectively solve complex problems, consistently demonstrating the ability to think critically and generate unique solutions within your leadership role.
Level 3: Advanced
At an advanced level you are proficient in creatively solving complex problems by thinking outside the box, utilizing innovative strategies, and guiding others to do the same in a collaborative environment.
