At a proficient level you are able to maintain a sense of calm and composure in challenging situations, effectively managing your emotions to make rational decisions and lead others with stability.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are able to maintain emotional stability in high-pressure situations, navigate conflict with composure, and demonstrate resilience in the face of adversity.
