Collaborative Problem Solving

Collaborative Problem Solving is the ability to work together within a group or team to identify, analyze and effectively address organizational issues or challenges, leveraging diverse perspectives, experiences and knowledge to reach innovative and mutually beneficial solutions.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to foster cooperation in solving problems. You are starting to incorporate others' ideas and perspectives while still building your conflict resolution skills.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to effectively collaborate with others to identify and address complex problems, utilizing diverse perspectives and resources to develop innovative solutions within the organization.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are able to effectively collaborate with others to identify and solve complex problems by leveraging diverse perspectives and fostering innovative solutions.
