Organizational Awareness is the ability to understand and appreciate the various dynamics, cultures, politics, and systems that operate within a business entity. It involves recognizing the relationships between these components and how they influence decision-making processes and overall organizational performance.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to understand the organizational dynamics, culture, and politics. You can identify key power structures and relationships within your working environment.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are adept at understanding the structure, culture, and dynamics of your organization. You can navigate complex relationships and make strategic decisions that benefit the entire organization.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to navigate complex organizational dynamics, anticipate shifts in power structures, and leverage relationships to drive strategic initiatives effectively and inclusively.
