Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to effectively identify opportunities to create value, develop innovative solutions, and deliver tangible results that positively impact the organization's overall success.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to consistently generate innovative ideas, execute strategies to drive revenue and increase shareholder value, and demonstrate a deep understanding of market dynamics.
